The Spirit Train

This is an exercise that is used quite
a lot in past life regression and
even in future life progression. We
can still use this method in
mediumship also.

In this exercise you will look for
familiar spirits on the train. They
will be spirits that are known to
you and connected to your soul
group. You will be able to identify
them as you will get a sense of
knowing this person for some
reason. The more you practice this
exercise the more details vou will
be able to recover.

To begin find somewhere to sit and
make yourself comfortable.
Make sure you take time to relax and
slow your thoughts down and allow
your breathing to become slow and
regular.

Imagine yourself stood at a station
waiting for the spirit train, try to
imagine this as clearly as you can.
In the distance you see the train
coming towards you. The train is
getting closer and closer and as it
slowly pulls up to the platform it
stops.
As the doors open you step inside.
You notice that you are at the front
of the train and the carriage door
opens inside you see people sat in
different places. I want you to just
walk slowly through the carriage
and see if you are drawn to any
person, remember you don't have to
know them they could still be part
of your soul group. You may see
passed relatives here too.
Make sure that you notice all the
people facing in your direction,
those to the left and those to the
right. You may just feel a strong
pull towards a person, if this
happens ask the spirit where and
how you connect with them.
If you happen to see a passed relative stop and speak to them they will speak
back to you.
Once you come to the end of the
carriage continue to move through
the rest of the train.
Not everyone will be sitting in the
first carriage so keep a look out on your way through.
The train will not take you too far
and if you stay on the train it will
return you from where you
boarded it, all you have to do is ask or simply have intention to return and you be back at your boarding place.

The purpose of this exercise is to
get you used to identifying people
in spirit that have a link to yourself.
We have many soul groups,
everyone we connect to or come
into contact with in our daily
physical life are a part of our group
in one way or another.
You are opening yourself to your soul group and this will help you in your
mediumship.
Do not rush this exercise go slowly take your time and have a good look around.
